- 200 g enoki mushrooms
- 40 g strips of bacon
- half a lemon or lime
- pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- little oil
- Cut off the root of enoki mushrooms, it is inedible. Wrap the enoki in small bundles with strips of bacon and fix with a toothpick. Fry it on a hot grill until the bacon becomes crispy and the mushrooms lightly browned. To finish, place on cutting board and chop off the bottom of the enoki stems and then place standing up on a plate drizzled with lemon or lime juice and a dash of garlic powder and fresh pepper.
