    1. In a medium saucepan heat oil, add couscous and minced garlic and cook around 1 min, stirring quickly. Add salt, boiled broth and stir quickly, then remove from heat, add the olives, cilantro, zest, juice, stir and cover. Let stand for 5 min. You can drizzle with olive oil before serving.
