You can make this salad using frozen corn or grilled corn. Sweet corn and bacon- what's not to like?

  1. Cook the corn as indicated on the package then cool it. If you are using grilled corn, cut the kernels from the cob.
  2. Fry the chopped bacon until golden brown in a frying pan, add the butter, then corn, paprika, salt and pepper, stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
