  3. Pour the oil from the pan where you fried your chicken into a bowl, the juice of half a lemon, the other half of chopped sage and thyme leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste, add the potatoes, 3 cloves of sliced ​​garlic, lemon sliced, sliced onion, and mix well. Put everything in the pan with the chicken on top and cook in a preheated 200 'C (390 F) oven for 30 minutes.
