Baked Eggs with Bacon

Very interesting idea how to cook the ordinary breakfast of bacon and eggs. I used a one cup bowl, but you can use a muffin pan also which are a little smaller, so you’ll get more servings too. It’s not necessary to add spinach or it can be replaced by other herbs as well.

  1. Preheat oven to 360F (fan forced). Whisk together the eggs, cream, spinach, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a greased bowl and bake for 12 minutes or until the eggs are just set.
  2. Fry the bacon in a frying pan a couple of minutes on both sides. Carefully take the bowl of eggs from the oven and invert on a plate. Top with strips of ready bacon crosswise and decorate with herbs.
