- 2 medium avocados ripe
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 2/3 cups whipping cream
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- Mix the avocado, lime juice, condensed milk, agave syrup and water in a blender. When well blended, add the whipping cream and beat again.
- Pour the mixture into molds and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
